The Bollards Plus 6"x50" Stainless Steel Bollard Cover is engineered to fit any standard 5" Schedule 10, 40, or 80 pipe bollard (5.563" OD) with a precise .169" slip-fit gap — no set screws required. Precision-formed from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel sheet rather than stainless pipe, our cover is sized for the bollard, not the other way around. That single design choice makes our covers measurably more affordable than pipe-formed alternatives while delivering a tighter, cleaner finished installation.

The 50" height makes this cover well suited to grocery store entrances, amusement parks, shopping centers, garage entrances, and any environment where bollards need to be visible and architecturally finished. The low-profile water-shed dome cap and #4 brushed finish complement modern building exteriors, and electrochemical passivation to ASTM A967 — completed after fabrication, in-house — gives the surface long-term rust resistance that brushed-only competitor covers can't match.
