Your product’s finish isn’t just about looks—it’s the first line of defense against corrosion, weather, and wear. That’s why we offer professional, in-house coating services that are built to perform in the real world. Whether you need long-lasting fade free paint, powder coating, high-performance marine grade rust resistant coatings for saltwater applications or galvanizing, we’ve got you covered—literally.

As a U.S. manufacturer, our in-house coating system lets us maintain strict quality control, fast turnaround times, and complete flexibility to meet your job specs, branding, or architectural vision.

Epoxy/Urethane Paint System

Long-Lasting. High-Gloss. Built for Abuse.

Our premium epoxy/urethane paint system is engineered for durability and designed to impress. It’s our go-to finish for customers who want bold, beautiful, and low maintenance performance—even in the toughest conditions, all at an affordable price.

Key Features:

Blast-Prep Finish:

All steel surfaces are blasted prior to paint to remove oil, lacquer, and scale to ensure optimal adhesion and rust prevention.

Two-Coat System:

We apply a minimum of 2 mils per coat—epoxy primer followed by a high-gloss urethane topcoat.

Fade-Free Performance:

Superior UV resistance keeps colors vibrant for years without chalking or peeling.

Custom Colors:

We offer full color matching with high gloss, matte, metallic, and sparkle effects. No need for covers—our paint is built to be seen and built to last.

Custom Stripes & Designs:

Our in-house paint team can apply striping, lettering, and even custom designs directly onto bollards.

Custom Paint Types & Manufacturer Specifications

Need Something Specific? No Problem.

If your project calls for industrial coating or a specific paint brand we can accommodate. Whether it’s a DOT-approved spec, industrial coating, architectural finish, or branded color system, we’ll work to match your requirements and apply it with the same in-house precision. Our in-house paint system has unlimited color options, insuring you can get the exact color you need with the performance you require.

Powder Coating

Complete Coverage. Clean Finish. RAL Color Precision.

Powder coating is Ideal for parts with complex shapes or hard-to-reach areas. Unlike liquid paint, powder is electrostatically charged and attracted to every surface—including edges, corners, and inside angles—ensuring full coverage without drips, runs, or weak spots.

Powder coating offers:

  • Even, uniform coverage, even in hard-to-reach places

  • A wide selection of RAL and custom colors

  • Ideal for products with complex geometries and typically smaller material surface areas

Powder coating is efficient and reliable—perfect for high-volume runs or specialty applications.

Galvanizing Options

Corrosion Protection That Meets Spec—With Smarter Processing.

When long-term corrosion protection is critical, we offer both hot-dip galvanizing and cold galvanizing options to meet your project’s durability and performance needs.

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

Ideal for bollards and steel components exposed to harsh outdoor conditions, hot-dip galvanizing provides full inside-and-out zinc protection by immersing the part in molten zinc.

Key Features & Considerations:

ASTM, A123, and ASTM B117:

Our hot-dip galvanized finish meets the necessary standards for corrosion resistance and salt spray performance.

Drain Hole Preparation:

All parts are fabricated with proper vent and drain holes for full zinc flow and safe processing.

Post-Dip Drain Hole Patching:

For a clean and polished finish, we carefully patch and grind all drain holes after the dipping process, ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards.

Paint Adhesion Note:

Due to zinc off-gassing, painting hot-dip galvanized surfaces requires special prep and cure time. We offer methods and primers that help mitigate paint lifting or bubbling.

Cold Galvanizing (Zinc-Rich Coating)

For touch-up areas, small runs, or fast-turnaround needs, we apply zinc-rich cold galvanizing that meets ASTM A780-09. This is ideal for parts that need corrosion protection but don’t justify full immersion.

Important Environmental Note:

With many municipalities now enforcing restrictions on galvanizing products due to concerns about zinc contamination in stormwater runoff, we work closely with customers to find the best alternative.

In many of these cases, we recommend:

  • Our epoxy/urethane paint system as a more environmentally friendly and aesthetically superior option

  • For higher-performance applications, industrial-grade polyaspartic or polysiloxane coatings that offer exceptional rust and chip resistance as well as exceptional performance in saltwater applications—without the environmental risks

Why Use Our Coating Services?
