Roles & Responsibilities

We keep a running list of resumes from people who want to be part of what we’re building—so even if we’re not hiring today, send yours in. When a position opens up, we always look at our on-hand resumes first—before posting to job boards.

Welders/Fabricators

From MIG and TIG to laser welding and precision fabrication, we hire skilled tradespeople who take ownership of their work, set personal goals for quality and speed, and bring their best every day. We keep our shop focused, low-drama, and high-performance—because no one has time for distractions when there’s real work to be done. Painters/Finishers

Our finish work speaks for itself—and our team takes that personally. From prepping and priming to applying high-performance coatings, we need people who move with purpose, hit deadlines, and take pride in delivering clean, consistent, professional results. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the drive to meet your own standards for quality and speed—we want to hear from you.

Machine Operators

If you know how to run a machine—not just push buttons—you’ll fit right in. Our operators handle laser cutters, plasma tables, CNC systems, press brakes, profilers, benders, and custom-built equipment with confidence and care. They work with tight tolerances and fast turnarounds, so attention to detail, steady hands, and self-set goals for speed and quality are a must. The machines don’t make the product—you do. Sales Team

We’re not looking for order-takers—we’re looking for pros. Pros who earn trust, bring deep knowledge, and build long-term relationships with customers. Shipping/Receiving

Our customers count on us to get their products where they need to go—on time, damage-free, and done right. From loading full truckloads (FTL) and less-than-loads (LTL) to managing just-in-time inventory levels, our shipping and warehouse team plays a critical role in delivering on that promise. We’re looking for dependable, detail-driven professionals who take pride in accuracy, safety, and keeping things organized. Helpers/Trainees

If you’ve got a strong work ethic, show up on time, and are ready to learn—we’ll teach you the rest.
