Preferred Payment Method: ACH through our secure online portal. It's easy, trackable, and speeds up production scheduling.
New Trade Accounts: Looking to get set up so you can order by PO with credit terms? Once your application has been submitted, we will notify you of your terms and credit limit.
Existing Trade Accounts: If you're a returning customer with a credit application on file, your order will proceed upon approval.
Once payment is received or credit is approved, your order immediately enters our production queue.
If your order is for in-stock items, it skips the production line and goes straight to packaging. These items are typically:
Bagged, bundled, and palletized the same day
Shipped next business day or prepared for will call pickup if requested
Eligible for hot shot delivery in the local area
You'll still receive a shipment notification and tracking as soon as it leaves our facility.
Custom orders typically ship within 4–6 business days but can take longer based on material availability, complexity and quantity, as well as the amount of orders in the que at the time of order placement. We always strive to provide the fastest lead-times and we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
