The Bollards Plus 6"x38" Stainless Steel Bollard Cover is designed to slip cleanly over any standard 5" Schedule 10, 40, or 80 pipe bollard (5.563" OD) with an engineered .169" gap. That tight tolerance is only possible because we form the cover from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel sheet rather than stainless pipe — our covers are correctly sized for actual pipe-bollard outside diameters, while pipe-based stainless covers from other manufacturers run oversized and require set screws to keep them centered.
