6” Bollard Cover - Stainless Steel, 7”x38”

The Bollards Plus 7"x38" Stainless Steel Bollard Cover is engineered to slip over any standard 6" Schedule 10, 40, or 80 pipe bollard (6.625" OD) with a tight .138" gap — the closest standard fit in our line. Because we form the cover from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel sheet rather than stainless pipe, we control the inside diameter precisely. The result is a cover that hugs the bollard, looks finished without filler trim or set screws, and costs significantly less than pipe-formed stainless competitors.

At 38" tall and 7" in outside diameter, this cover fits curbside, crosswalk, bank, shopping center, and storefront applications where 6" pipe bollards are specified for vehicle protection. The low-profile water-shed dome cap and #4 brushed finish bring a modern architectural look, while electrochemical passivation to ASTM A967 — performed in-house after fabrication — locks in long-term rust resistance and a brilliant surface that brushed-only stainless covers won't hold.
