The Bollards Plus 5"x50" Stainless Steel Bollard Cover is built for taller 4" pipe bollards where added visibility and full-height architectural impact matter — without the cost or sizing problems of pipe-formed stainless covers. Precision-formed from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel sheet, our 5" OD cover slips over any standard 4" Schedule 10, 40, or 80 pipe bollard (4.50" OD) with a precise .200" gap. The tight tolerance eliminates the set screws required by most competitors and keeps installation fast and clean.

The 50" cover height suits storefronts, shopping centers, parking lots, hospital entrances, and pedestrian-protection installations where the bollard sits taller than typical curbside posts. Each cover is finished with a low-profile water-shed dome cap and a #4 brushed finish, then cleaned, brightened, and electrochemically passivated post-fabrication to meet and exceed ASTM A967 — the difference between a stainless surface that stays brilliant and one that streaks and rusts within a season.
