4" Bollard Cover - Stainless Steel, 5"x44"

The Bollards Plus 5"x44" Stainless Steel Bollard Cover is the architectural mid-height option in our stainless line — taller than standard 38" curbside covers for added visibility, more proportional than 50" covers for storefronts and pedestrian zones where a full-height bollard reads as oversized. Roll-formed in our Texas facility from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel sheet, this 5" outside-diameter cover slips over any standard 4" Schedule 10, 40, or 80 pipe bollard (4.5" OD) with a precise .200" gap. Most stainless bollard covers on the market are formed from stainless pipe — they're oversized for standard pipe bollards and require set screws to stay centered. Ours don't.

At 44" of total height, this cover suits storefronts, building entrances, retail plazas, bank perimeters, and pedestrian-protection installations where the bollard needs to be clearly visible without dominating the streetscape. The low-profile water-shed dome cap and #4 brushed finish create a clean, modern, architectural appearance that pairs well with contemporary buildings and refined retail environments. After fabrication, every cover is cleaned, brightened, and electrochemically passivated to meet and exceed ASTM A967 — the industry standard for stainless passivation. That last step is what keeps the surface brilliant and rust-free in real-world conditions, and it's a step many competitors skip.
