The Bollards Plus 9"x44" Stainless Steel Bollard Cover is the architectural mid-height option in our stainless line — taller than standard 38" curbside covers for added visibility, more proportional than 50" covers for storefronts and pedestrian zones where a full-height bollard reads as oversized. Roll-formed in our Texas facility from 18-gauge 304 stainless steel sheet, this 9" outside-diameter cover slips over any standard 8" Schedule 10, 40, or 80 pipe bollard (8.625" OD) with a precise .138" gap. Most stainless bollard covers on the market are formed from stainless pipe — they're oversized for standard pipe bollards and require set screws to stay centered. Ours don't.

At 44" of total height, this cover suits shopping malls, business entrances, drive-throughs, fuel canopies, stadiums, and large venues where the bollard needs to be clearly visible without dominating the streetscape. The low-profile water-shed dome cap and #4 brushed finish create a clean, modern, architectural appearance that pairs well with contemporary buildings and refined retail environments. After fabrication, every cover is cleaned, brightened, and electrochemically passivated to meet and exceed ASTM A967 — the industry standard for stainless passivation. That last step is what keeps the surface brilliant and rust-free in real-world conditions, and it's a step many competitors skip.
