This Bollards Plus 8" stainless steel bollard cover is 9"x50" and is built for the largest pipe bollards in commercial use — standard 8" Schedule 10, 40, or 80 posts (8.625" OD) — with a precise .138" slip-fit gap. At this size, pipe-formed stainless covers from competitors become extremely expensive and inevitably oversized, requiring multiple set screws just to keep them in place. Our 18-gauge 304 stainless steel sheet construction is roll-formed to a controlled inside diameter, delivering a tighter fit, a cleaner installation, and a price point that's accessible for full-perimeter protection projects.
