Wet-Set Steel Cap - 5" Flat

Built for ease and convenience, our 5” Wet-Set Steel Flat Caps are made from Carbon Steel with a .125” wall thickness, providing an affordable alternative to hand-shaping concrete caps. These caps offer a simplified installation process that involves directly placing them into wet concrete and pressing down for a sleek and refined look. Designed with an x-shaped mount to increase stability, our wet-set caps can be used for any traditional 5” (5.563” OD) Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 Carbon Steel Pipe Bollards. Blasted for paint adherence, each cap is primed and painted with a 4 mil High Visibility Safety Yellow using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System. If these specifications do not comply with your project's requirements, we offer custom colors at no added charge through our in- house paint booth, along with custom galvanized, bare, or powder coated finishes.
