Wet-Set Steel Cap - 8" Flat

Our 8” Wet-Set Steel Flat Caps are made from Carbon Steel with a .125” wall thickness, featuring an x-shaped mount for reinforced stability. Instead of hand-shaping a concrete cap, these caps are designed to reduce manufacturing time and help increase efficiency, allowing for a simple place and press installation in wet concrete to deliver a quick, modern, and uniform finish. Our wet-set steel flat caps are budget-friendly and versatile, offering security to any standard 8” (8.625" OD) schedule 10 or schedule 40 Carbon Steel Pipe Bollards. Commonly primed and painted with a 4 mil High Visibility Safety Yellow using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System, our caps can be painted any color to match your bollards aesthetics, offering custom finishes such as galvanized, powder coated, or a natural bare finish if our standard cap does not comply with your projects specifications.
