Bollards Plus 4” Wet-Set Steel Flat Caps are fabricated from Carbon Steel with a .125” wall thickness, offering a cost-effective option that replaces hand-shaping a concrete cap for a more simplistic and efficient method. These caps are designed to deliver a sleek and professional finish that is achieved with ease by placing and pressing the cap into wet concrete. Featuring an x-shaped mount for a secure placement, our caps provide an extra layer of protection to any typical 4” (4.50” OD) Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 Carbon Steel Pipe Bollards. Each cap is blasted for paint adherence and traditionally primed and painted with a 4 mil High Visibility Safety Yellow, however, they can be painted any custom color at no extra cost and customized to have a powder coated, galvanized, or bare finish, tailoring safety exactly to your needs.
