Wet-Set Steel Cap - 5" Dome

These 5” Wet-Set Steel Dome Caps provide an efficient alternative to hand-shaping concrete caps, reducing fabrication time for a quick and speedy delivery. The installation process is easy and effortless, simply place and press the cap directly into wet concrete for a clean and polished finish. Durable, adaptable, and affordable, each cap is made from Carbon Steel and designed with an x-shaped mount, offering enhanced stability and an extra layer of protection to any typical 5” (5.563” OD) Schedule 10 or Schedule 40 Carbon Steel Pipe Bollards. Our caps are typically primed and painted with a 4 mil High Visibility Safety Yellow using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System, but custom colors are available at no extra charge along with bare (no finish), galvanized, and powder coated finishes to match your necessary project requirements in case our standard cap does not.
