Manufactured from Schedule 10 carbon steel pipe, this high-visibility bollard delivers dependable visual deterrence and durable boundary delineation in environments where operator sightlines, equipment height, or seasonal conditions demand a taller post.

Each 48" Ultra-Light Bolt-Down Bollard is built with a fully welded steel dome cap and an 8" x 8" x 3/8" steel baseplate, providing stable surface-mounted installation on existing concrete slabs. The baseplate includes four pre-drilled mounting holes designed for 5/8" concrete anchors, allowing for fast installation without excavation, deep concrete footings, or core drilling. The 48" height puts the bollard's dome cap at an elevation that remains visible above standard pallet racks, cart corrals, snow accumulation, and the natural sightline of forklift and yard-truck operators — making it the preferred Ultra-Light configuration for warehouse, distribution, and outdoor industrial environments.
