Heavy Duty Removable Bollard - 6"x42"

Bollards Plus 42-inch tall, 6-inch diameter Heavy Duty Removable Bollards are built from Schedule 40 Carbon steel, making them ideal for establishing boundaries, protecting equipment, and restricting access to unauthorized areas in warehouses and factories. Their removable design allows for quick and effortless removal, providing easy access for equipment repairs, alterations, or replacements. Each bollard fits into an X-Heavy Duty Schedule 80 Carbon steel sleeve, equipped with a robust hinge capable of withstanding vehicle and machinery traffic and a 5/16” locking hook that is compatible with emergency service locks to keep the bollard firmly in place. To prevent water accumulation, the system features a 6-inch weep line and a welded steel dome cap, designed to work together to keep the bollard dry and maintain its integrity and visual appearance over time. For enhanced durability and visibility, each bollard undergoes blasting and priming with our Epoxy Urethane Paint system and finished with a High Visibility Safety Yellow. These tough coatings offer long-lasting protection and minimize maintenance while preserving the bollard’s performance and appearance.
