These bollards are best used to shield transformers, generators, and other high voltage electrical equipment, reducing injuries, damage risks, and the costly expenses associated with non-compliant, hazardous zones. Manufactured from GI Conduit, these Protective Barriers (removable) are both installed in concrete and filled with concrete for added strength, featuring a 4-inch by 60-inch-tall barrier post and a 5-inch, 30-inch-long receiver that are both Hop Dipped Galvanized. Designed with duct seals between conduits for a watertight fit, our bollards use a 1 1/2"x1 1/2"x1/4"x2” angle iron bracket with 1/4" predrilled holes to efficiently and easily lock the bollard in place for reinforced stability and security.

Manufactured from Schedule 40 Carbon Steel with a Hot Dipped Galvanized finish, these bollards feature a 4-inch, 67-inch tall barrier post and a 5-inch, 36-inch long pipe sleeve that is equipped with a welded 1/2"x6” eye bolt to ensure it remains securely locked and protected when not in use. Our removable steel posts minimize harm and damage by lining clear safety parameters that establish a protective protocol while allowing access for necessary repairs and maintenance, ideal for protecting high voltage electrical equipment such as industrial switch gears, control panels, and transformers. Commonly filled with concrete during installation for reinforced strength and stability, each bollard comes with a galvanized press on cap and three 2-inch Yellow Outdoor Reflective Safety Tape strips that are spaced 2-inches apart for enhanced visibility.

Bollards Plus 4”x72” Removable Utility Bollards are an outstanding barrier that complies with TEP and Trico’s mandated specifications, limiting access to dangerous areas such as high voltage equipment and electrical power units while allowing entry to facilitate repairs and maintenance when needed. Installed in concrete, these removable posts feature a 4-inch diameter by 72-inch tall Schedule 40 Carbon Steel pipe and a 5 1/2-inch by 36-inch-long permanent post that is manufactured from Schedule 80+ Carbon Steel, both predrilled with 7/8” holes 33-inches up from the bottom of the sleeve. These holes accommodate a 3/4" round stock bolt (7-inches long) that is also predrilled with a 3/8” hole to accept a lock, increasing stability and ensuring that this equipment barrier remains secured when in use or stored away. Primed and painted a sleek, Gloss Black using our Epoxy Urethane Paint System, the removable post is capped permanently with a welded steel dome cap and has five 4-inch-wide Yellow Reflective Safety Tape strips, each spaced 4-inches apart for enhanced visibility.
